Cancellation Policy

At FootSure, our aim is to provide high quality, holistic foot care to all our patients. In order to do so, it is vital that we use our available clinic time efficiently and effectively as possible.

One of the main issues our practice faces is missed appointments. We understand that patients may need to cancel or rearrange their appointments, but if we do not receive enough notice, we are unable to reallocate that time to another patient. In order to help us treat more patients, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice of any appointment changes.

Cancellation more than 48 hours before appointment

Provided we are given more than 48 hours notice, we can cancel or rearrange an appointment at no charge. If a payment has been made it can be either refunded or used as a pre-payment for the rescheduled appointment.

Late cancellation - less than 48 hours before appointment

A cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be payable. The cancellation fee must be paid prior to any further appointment being arranged. In addition, the patient will be asked to pay in advance a deposit covering the full amount of the next appointment before any further bookings are made.

Missed appointments or cancellation on the day of the appointment

A cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost will be payable. In addition, the patient will be asked to pay in advance the full amount of the next appointment before any further bookings are made.

Illness or unavoidable circumstances

We will take valid reasons into account and make allowances unless the situation happens frequently.

Arriving late

The clinician will decide if they can still see you and if any charges will be payable.
